Located on the 17th floor of Hai Phong International General Hospital, the Comprehensive Care Unit provides inpatient examination and treatment services under Premium and VIP standards. The unit also offers a range of same-day services, including injections, intravenous infusions, wound dressing changes, suture removal, in-room meal service, and laundry and clothing replacement services.
Patients may be admitted directly through the Specialist Consultation Clinic on the 2nd floor, where visiting specialists from Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi) provide consultations, or they may be transferred from the Emergency and Critical Care Department on the 1st floor for continued inpatient treatment.

The Comprehensive Care Unit is staffed by a highly experienced and dedicated team of physicians from leading central hospitals in Hanoi and Hai Phong.
The Head of the Unit, Specialist Level II Physician Lê Thị Trâm, previously served as a lecturer at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy and has many years of clinical experience at Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi.
The nursing team consists of professionally trained university graduates who are dynamic, compassionate, and deeply committed to patient care. Patients receive daily medical assessments, individualized treatment plans, and attentive, comprehensive care throughout their stay.
