Overview

Proudly recognized as the first laboratory in Hai Phong to achieve ISO 15189:2012 accreditation, the Department of Laboratory Medicine offers a full range of laboratory services, including hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology, molecular biology, genetics, and pathology. These services play a vital role in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of diseases for inpatients, outpatients, and individuals undergoing routine health checkups. The Department is staffed by a highly qualified team, including 01 PhD, 01 Specialist Level II Physician, 01 Master’s degree holder, 04 Specialist Level I Physicians, 02 Laboratory Specialist Level I professionals, 28 Bachelor’s degree graduates, and 06 College-level Nurses. With extensive professional experience, our team continuously updates its medical knowledge and adopts the latest laboratory techniques and technologies. The Department is equipped with a state-of-the-art, fully automated laboratory system featuring advanced analyzers and modern diagnostic equipment. All testing procedures and quality assurance processes are carried out under rigorous standards, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
