Steps for Home Sample Collection

Step 1 – Register for home sample collection

Individuals can call to register for home sample collection services. The staff member receiving the call will record information including the preferred date and time, address, and contact phone number, and will provide instructions on any necessary preparations before specimen collection.

Step 2 – Specimen collection staff visit the patient

Hospital staff wearing uniforms bearing the Hai Phong International General Hospital logo will visit the registered address, provide consultation, prepare the required collection equipment, and collect the testing fee.

Step 3 – Specimen collection

Qualified hospital personnel will perform specimen collection at the patient’s home.

Step 4 – Result notification and consultation

Test results will be communicated by telephone. If any abnormal findings are detected, patients will receive direct consultation and guidance.

Step 5 – Home delivery of test results

The laboratory test results will be delivered to the patient’s home.
