Overview
Established as a comprehensive and integrated healthcare center, the Outpatient Department combines outpatient consultations, biochemical and hematology laboratory services, and functional diagnostic examinations, supported by modern medical equipment and advanced technology.
The Department is staffed by highly qualified physicians, professors, associate professors, PhDs, and leading medical specialists with extensive experience, many of whom have been trained and have worked at Vietnam’s most prestigious medical institutions, including Bach Mai Hospital, Hanoi Medical University, Viet Duc University Hospital, National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the 108 Military Central Hospital.
The Outpatient Department is fully equipped to provide high-quality medical examination and treatment services, comprehensive healthcare, and personalized patient care for all individuals, including expatriates and foreign residents living and working in Vietnam.

Electronic Medical Record System
Electronic Medical Record Management: All patient information, including medical records and prescriptions, is managed through a computerized system connected via the hospital’s internal network and the Internet, with data securely stored using a modern healthcare information management system.
Each patient is issued a medical service card with a unique identification code and barcode for long-term health record management. Patients can also access and review their laboratory test results online from anywhere through the hospital’s internet-based system.
