The Department of Urology and Andrology provides consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including:

• Minimally invasive treatment of urinary stones:
  – Laser ureteroscopic lithotripsy
  – Retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) with flexible ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy
  – Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (Mini-PCNL) with laser lithotripsy
  – Laser lithotripsy for bladder and urethral stones
  – Laparoscopic or retroperitoneoscopic removal of ureteral and renal pelvic stones
• Treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by transurethral resection, laser vaporization, open prostatectomy, and radical prostatectomy (laparoscopic or open).
• Transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT), partial cystectomy, radical cystectomy with neobladder reconstruction or urinary diversion (Studer, Abol-Enein, and Bricker procedures), and bladder diverticulectomy.
