Located on the 1st floor of the hospital, the Emergency and Intensive Care Department of Hai Phong International General Hospital operates 24/7, every day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays throughout the year.

The team of emergency doctors and nurses at the Emergency and Intensive Care Department of Hai Phong International General Hospital has received specialized, formal training, and is able to receive and urgently manage patient cases, while always coordinating closely and quickly with all specialties of the Hospital.

At the Emergency Department, patients are examined and diagnosed quickly and accurately, and treated according to emergency priority level until they are out of critical condition.

The Outpatient Examination Department of Hai Phong International General Hospital has been established and operating since the hospital’s earliest days, with the task of organizing outpatient examination and treatment — one of the Hospital’s central functions.

Fast, simple, and well-organized examination procedures ensure patients don’t have to wait long, with most outpatient examination processes completed within the same day. The Outpatient Examination Department maintains a continuous examination schedule every day of the week, staffed by Specialist II, Specialist I, and Master’s-level doctors from Hanoi, ensuring timely examination, diagnosis, and treatment and health care consultation for patients

The Diagnostic Imaging Department was established from the very first days of Hai Phong International General Hospital’s founding and is one of the key focus areas in the Hospital’s development strategy. The Diagnostic Imaging Department is fully and synchronously equipped with the newest and most modern generation of machines available in Vietnam, along with a team of doctors and technicians who have received formal training abroad.

Located on the 2nd floor – Outpatient Examination Area of the Hospital. With a team of dedicated, thoughtful, ethical, and highly skilled doctors, along with modern endoscopic equipment, the department supports examination, treatment, and procedures for conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and larynx.

The Department of General Surgery – Hai Phong International General Hospital provides professional and comprehensive surgical treatment services for both adults and children. With a team of experienced and dedicated doctors, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, along with a modern operating room system, the hospital fully meets surgical needs ranging from simple to complex procedures.

The Department of General Internal Medicine – Hai Phong International General Hospital has always been regarded as one of the Hospital’s most important specialties. As a pioneering hospital in Vietnam in applying entirely new internal medicine treatment methods, it uses advanced approaches currently being applied in many developed countries, achieving successful treatment outcomes for many patients.

Recognizing that anesthesiology plays an important role in the development of surgical techniques, the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management – Hai Phong International General Hospital was established from the very first days of the Hospital’s operation. After 3 years of operation and development, under the direction of the Hospital’s Board of Directors, the Department of Anesthesiology continues to build and further improve itself in order to meet the needs of patients.

Located on the 2nd floor of the hospital, staffed with a team of highly specialized, formally trained doctors who work with enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility, along with an investment in modern, synchronized equipment such as: “refractometers, slit lamp biomicroscopes, fundus examination instruments, etc.” The department performs Phaco cataract surgery, carried out directly by leading experts from Hanoi.
